Fine Dining:

1. Osteria del Circo

For those who are seeking Tuscan menu with an array of homemade pastas, grilled meats & fish, and a selection of traditional appetizers. The restaurant is set in a sophisticated dining room with views of Lake Bellagio to add to the grand dining experience.

2. Jasmine

The restaurant is amongst the stunning gardens with lake views. Hidden away this Cantonese restaurant is combined with serving Hong Kong delights provides an exciting experience as guests try the mouth-watering fresh ingredient dishes. Here, you can guarantee you wont be disappointed.

3. Le Cirque

This five diamond rated restaurant serves a selection of fine French cuisine. The furnishings inside of the restaurant are decorated with a circus-like theme with bright vibrant colours and a celebratory atmosphere. The restaurant may not seem like it comes under ‘Fine Dining’ but don’t let this mislead you with the choice of desirable wines and attentive service, dining at Le Cirque is a experience families especially would not want to miss out on.

4.  Michael Mina

Michelin award winning Chef Michael Mina’s passionate and immaculate food can be tasted in his restaurant here. The modern tastes of his delightful seafood dishes or vegetarian, seasonal masterpieces found from his cookbook can be sampled and enjoyed. To compliment Michael Mina’s work and fine dining experience, there is a highly recommended wine pairings diners can also indulge in. This restaurant is closed on Wednesdays.

5. Picasso

The Pablo Picasso’s, ‘Picasso’ is yet another five diamond awarded restaurant for diners to enjoy some of the most excellent regional cuisines inspired from his past life spent in France and Spain origins. In conjunction there are over 1,500 wines on offer from the finest European vineyards.

This restaurant is closed on Tuesdays.

6. Prime Steakhouse

The Prime Steakhouse welcomes diners to savour its finest prime steak, seafood and lamb dishes with appetizing sauces, sides and carefully selected wines to compliment the dining experience. The restaurant adopts a chocolate brown and Tiffany blue colour throughout its furniture and decorations – designed by Michael DeSantis. Just off the restaurant, a garden patio where guests can enjoy a drink or cocktail and men can indulge in a fine cigar.


Contemporary Dining:

* Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge – enjoy views of Bellagio’s beautiful fountain show and experience award winning Chef Akira Backs Japanese cuisine menu.

* Sensi –consisting of four kitchens which are positioned in the middle of the restaurant. This ensure all five senses are involved in the diners experience with see, smell, hear, touch and taste. Choose from a range of Italian, Asian, American and seafood dishes that are served with the upmost quality and freshness.
Olives – offers English favourites incorporated into a Mediterranean style experience with views of the Bellagio fountains. Olives serves a selection of home-made pastas, steaks, brick oven pizza and recommended wines open for lunch and dinner.

* Fix – presents an American style cuisine with fish, meat and poultry meals made to your individual standards and preferences.

* Noodles – Chef Patrick Lee provides diners with various noodle dishes from Thailand, Japan, China and Vietnam. Dim Sum, the famous Chinese speciality, can also be enjoyed in ‘Noodles’ Asian style restaurant.


Casual Dining:

Casual dining restaurants include The Buffet, Cafe Bellagio and Pool Cafe. Here, guests can enjoy a range of finger foods or several cooking stations offering various cuisines allowing diners to ‘pick and choose’. All of these are open throughout the day offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.


Fountain Brunch:

Indulge in Bellagio’s Fountain Brunch where you will find fresh indigents cooked in front of your very eyes. Create your ideal omelette or preferred method of cooking eggs.  In addition, there the most pleasant array of buffet style ‘finger foods’ including deserts such as chocolate fondue, sweets and pastries made by the World Pastry Champion Chef Jean-Philippe Maury.
