Dining is a key Element of the Elysiums experience; A choice of six restaurants (some seasonal) offer guests appetising healthy options and exquisite gourmet menus using locally grown fresh ingredients. Farmers of a plot located adjacent to the resort grow fresh herbs and vegetables for the Elysiums exclusive use.

The Lemonia Piazza
The area resembles a village square. Functions all day offering tastes from around the world and hosting a wide range of unmissable theme nights.

The Epicurean Restaurant
Guests can savour delicious plated dinner menus or themed buffets. During the summer period the Epicurean Terrace allows the chance to dine in an area surrounded by the hotel's gardens, pools and waterfalls.

Ristorante di Bacco
Fine dining in the Cava is a truly gourmet experience. The wine list is extensive and guests are invited into a glass fronted fine-wine storage cellar to select and taste thier wine and then enjoy it in the sunken courtyard.

Oriental Sushi Bar
Situated in a secluded spot. Enjoy a wide variety of Nigiri Sushi, Sashimi, and Makimono, all served with an Oriental touch. In addition one can choose from the stir fry menu.

The Mediterraneo
Situated a few metres from the beach. The Mediterraneo serves a selected range of dishes from the local Mediterranean cuisines, as well as fresh fish and sea food. The rustic atmosphere is enhanced by an open plan kitchen.

Brasserie Messina
Situated next to the sushi bar. Here guests can savour the delicious table d'hote menus. The Messina is also an ideal venue for private dinners.

The Astria Bar
The Astria is themed around the night sky. Intimate seating allows for privacy. This is the place to meet and sample a range of signature cocktails, premium whiskeys, Cognac and other beverages whilst enjoying live music most evenings.

The Cafe Occidental
With Dramatic views over the sea and sunset to the west. The Cafe Occidental is perfect for a relaxing read or a quiet conversation. Drinks, afternoon tea and pastries served throughout the day.

Mare Nostrum Pool Bar
Sunk below ground level and the same height as the pool water. A truly Mediterranean experience where you can enjoy a wide range of thirst quenching exotic cocktails and drinks, ice creams and freshly squeezed juice.
